You cank quickly swap the mouse button by 'double-click' the Icon.
If you want to swap to left hand mouse, just use left button and double-click the icon in the system tray, then the mouse switches left-handed mode.
On the contrary, if your mouse is left hand now, then you can use the right button double-click the icon in the system tray (the red circle), then the mouse switches right-handed mode.
