The program complex (PC) Arenda® is intended for municipalities, large holders of the real estate - premises(rooms), ground areas and other property. Is applied to support of the registry of the lease arrangements and control above their fulfilment. Is used by municipalities of the Moscow area, other locales of Russia, and also commercial organizations. The PC Arenda® provides:
* Support of the registries of objects of the lease, leasers, rent payments, electronic documents including graphics images connected to the lease arrangements;
* Automized account of the rent, balance, fine, outgoing from the customized characteristics of consumer qualities of the object of the lease;
* Automized creation of documents and reports;
* Automized integration of payments of exchequer, from a DB created program Payments.
The PC Arenda® is installed as one universal workstation or as the system with the functions, carried on workstations:
The maker of the agreements - provides data entry of the leases, creation of contractual documents.
The accountant - provides input of payments and additional charges of the rent. Provides a control of a financial state of the lease arrangement, creation of documents.
The manager - provides registration of the users, profiles and techniques for account of the rates of the rent, charge of the fine etc. adjusting parameters, and also most responsible functions of the program.
